Home is where your heart is. To about ten million Swedes, home is the Scandinavian country
which is surrounded by its neighbours Norway and Denmark in the West and Finland in the East.
On the other side of the Baltic, starting from the West, you will find Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Kaliningrad (a Russian exclave on the Baltic), Latvia and Estonia, also close
but with the large Baltic Sea between them.
